Air pressure is the pressure of the atmosphere pushing down on the earth. Air pressure varies on the amount of air. The more air particles the more air pressure. The less air particles, the less pressure. Air pressure is measured in units such as pounds-force per square inch, millimeters of mercury, and pascals.
